At Core Nutrition and Coaching, we offer personalised one-to-one support designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether your goal is to manage your weight, improve your nutrition, build healthier habits, or get more active, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Our coaching is open to everyone, supporting everything from everyday wellbeing to sports performance, energy, confidence and long-term health. We also offer dedicated perimenopause and menopause support, helping women understand their symptoms, create their own personalised pathway, and feel more empowered during this stage of life.

About Core Nutrition and Coaching

Core Nutrition and Coaching was founded with one clear goal: to provide personalised health and wellness services that make a real difference.

My approach is all about you, ensuring every client receives tailored nutrition and lifestyle support that fits their individual needs and goals.

I work with both men and women to improve their health, manage their weight, increase their energy levels and build sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing. I have a special interest in women's health and menopause, helping women navigate midlife with confidence through evidence-based nutrition and practical lifestyle strategies.

Alongside one-to-one consultations, I also work with organisations, workplaces and community groups to deliver engaging talks and workshops on nutrition, menopause and healthy ageing.

Based in West Sussex, I work with clients both locally and across the UK. While meeting in person is always welcome, online consultations make it easy to access support wherever you're based.

Support is available through individual coaching and my signature Rise & Renew Menopause Programme, designed to help women navigate midlife with greater confidence, knowledge and practical strategies that fit into everyday life.
