A 6-week nutrition and coaching plan to jumpstart your wellness.
Our 6-week nutrition and coaching plan is personalised to suit your individual needs and lifestyle as we believe that one-size-fits-all plans simply don’t work. It’s flexible and fully tailored to help you achieve your goals.
Our advice and support is based on sound guidelines - no fad diets here!
This service provides you with a plan created just for you, focusing on sustainable, long-term strategies for effective weight management, healthy living and wellness.
What’s included:
Initial consultation (approx. 1 hour)
Second consultation (1 hour) with a personalised nutrition plan
Two 30-minute follow-up sessions (online or in person)
Measurement tracking (if desired I can help you track your measurements and weight)
Weekly check-ins with support, recipes, advice and tips.
Vitality & Wellness Programme
£330*
A 12-week programme designed to build lasting habits and see sustained results.
Our 12-week plan gives you more time to build lasting habits, make gradual improvements, and see sustained results. With an extra six weeks of support, you’ll receive continued guidance and adjustments to your plan, ensuring your progress stays on track. It allows you to fully integrate the changes so that you can meet your goals and stay there!
What’s included:
Initial consultation (approx. 1 hour)
Second consultation (1 hour) with a personalised nutrition plan
8 weekly sessions (30 minutes each)**
Measurement tracking (if desired I can help you track your measurements and weight)
Regular check-ins with support, recipes, advice and tips.
*£180 initial payment, followed by 2 monthly payments of £75
**These will be tailored to your requirements and can be online or in person. If you’d prefer fewer, longer sessions there are several flexible options available. We could walk and talk, cook a balanced meal together, or go food shopping so I can guide you in making choices that align with your long-term health goals. As a qualified run leader, I can also support you in beginning your running journey - whether it’s starting the Couch to 5K programme or simply taking those initial steps. It’s always easier with someone by your side.
