Medjool dates
Crunchy almond butter
Almonds

Method
Slice open the date and remove the stone.
Spoon 1 tsp of the nut butter of your choice to the middle and add a whole almond to the mixture.
Press together and sprinkle with some chopped almonds.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
SWAPS: Swap for the nut butter of your choice, it works equally well with peanuts.
VERSATILE RECIPE: If you want to make this a bit more decadent, once you have stuffed the dates, dip them in melted dark chocolate and then sprinkle with chopped almonds before putting in the fridge.
