Change doesn't always need to be big.

Small adjustments are often more manageable as they're easier to start, stick with, and help build momentum. So, this week, try making one positive habit-forming change. Take the stairs, go for a 10-minute walk at lunchtime (instead of scrolling on your phone), stretch for 5 minutes when you wake up. By the end of the week, you’ll have done it 7 times and the habit will be taking shape!
