Starting today! If you struggle to eat 5 potions of fruit and vegetables a day, make sure you add some fruit to your breakfast, that way, you’ve hit the ground running. If you grab a slice of toast as you rush out the door, try topping it with chopped banana and add a sprinkling of sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds for an extra punch of fibre and protein. Are you a jam person? Why not top your strawberry jam with chopped strawberries, raspberry jam with crushed raspberries…you get the idea!
